Fitness Classes Fun Fitness Challenge

Recently… here at All In we had a jump squat challenge.

It was about good form and personal challenge!

It was about having a little fun and mixing things up with our fitness classes

How many good ones you can do in 30 seconds and then 45 seconds.

It was like watching the “four-minute-mile” being broken.

What I mean is… everyone who participated made notable improvement.

They all beat their previous records.

Great job, EVERYONE!

Overall winner… Lori Mason.
