More challenging than “Bootcamp Class” and more Fun. Fun because you’ll be melting fat and toning your body faster.
How Tabata Works…
The class is only 30 minutes total. Yes… very convenient!
During the class we do 20 seconds “on” and 10 seconds off of all kinds of intense (but safe) exercises.
Example… Crunches, High Knees, Push-ups, and Squats might be an entire class – 4 minutes each…
Doing as little as 4 minutes (or one “Tabata”) can increase your aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate, (to help you burn fat around the clock) and make you look 100% leaner.
So much more efficient than a traditional 60-minute workout on some machine; That’s right—4 minutes of Tabata can get you better fitness gains than an entire hour of running on the treadmill.
