We tried a new fun group fitness class at All In Fitness Scooby Snacks.
We had a great turn out for our first of this new fitness class we’re exploring.
Zumba® Step is perfect for those looking to strengthen and tone the legs and glutes.
It is a combination of Zumba dance moves with some power-up step moves to get your lower body (and heart) working harder. This class should increase your cardio and calorie burning while adding more definition to your lower body.
